We would like to bring you up to speed with our developments and plans.
Firstly we would like to thank Prof Ghanem for her services as Secretary to the Board over the past year, at the same time we would like to welcome our new secretary Mike Doschak from University of Alberta. Prof. Ghanem will now act as member at large for Atlantic Canada. Mike Doschak will be contacting you shortly with his co-ordinates.
The current activities of the board focus around building membership and support and we hope to update you soon with details of our planned events. Please do encourage your colleagues and trainees to join us by sending Mike Doschak your completed membership form.
We would like to add that if anyone is organising or is aware of a local event relevant to the area of drug delivery and controlledrelease, for example a guest speaker, or workshop, Mike would be happy to forward details of your event to our members in your area. Similarly if your organisation has a position available we will forward this information to our members.
Finally then we would like to add that the Board is still open to student members. If you are a student and would like to participate please contact us.
